Cancellation Policy

We have reserved this space especially for YOU!

 We kindly ask that should you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment that you give us 24 hours notice. Groups of 3 or more 48 hours notice required.

Guests that do not provide us with this courtesy or NO SHOW will be charged 50% of service total.

We trust you understand, our therapists and stylists time is highly valued, and we wish to ensure that they are able to take another guest if you are unbale to keep your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be asked to reserve their next appointment with a deposit. We understand that emergency’s do arise, and we will address them accordingly. We thank you for your understanding .
